It was a quick and great interview. I didn't end up getting the job, but they handled the interview process very well. Spoke to the recruitment team, team member and team lead.
I applied online. I interviewed at impact.com in Jan 2026
Interview
It was one of the most straightforward and accommodating interview I've given.
1st Interview - Recruiter call to know your background and basic HR related stuff.
2nd Interview - Hiring Manager asked me situational questions in the first half and the second half we were discussion about industry trends and interests. (It was more like a conversation)
3rd Interview - Sr. Product Manager asked situational and behavioural questions. Some curveballs and engaging questions were asked as well.
Final Panel Interview - I was given a business case to be presented in front of a panel (Head of Product, Sr. Product Manager and VP of Engineer). They gave a hypothetical case scenario which shows that company is not asking candidates to solve their problems for free.
Overall it was an amazing experience.

Interview
Talent acquisition were very last minute with interviews and case-studies, which made the process stressful. Interviewing the staff was a good experience though - but HR is much to be admired.
