Four interviews and two assessments one of which was the BMCT which is a waste of time for an engineer. You are required to fly to Malvern PA for the final interview.

Describe a conflict you had with a team member and how did you handle that?
Phone interview with HR, followed by a technical aptitude test, followed by a personality test. The technical aptitude test and personality test were on third party websites. I did not proceed past the personality test
