HR -> Tech (Phase1 & Phase2) phase 1: build web app (ASP.NET/ASP.NET core/ MVC architecture/ RESTful API) phase 2: build web app using iRely framework (ASP.NET/ASP.NET core/ MVC architecture/ RESTful API)

I interviewed for Systems Administrator and went through two rounds of on-site interviews. While I appreciated meeting the team, I was disappointed that I never received any follow-up or closure, despite making it to the final stages. Clearer communication would have improved the candidate experience.
