iHerb Software Developer interview questions

HR Phone Interview about general experiences and educations then zoom with IT Director/Manager for General Technical Interview including previous experiences regarding programming. It was quick and smooth but didn't get a chance to move to the next step.

I was contacted by one their recruiters over the Junior software developer position they were advertising for. He sounded very nice and we spoke twice on the phone. Based on the answers I gave he said that I could be a good fit this position and told me to wait for one of hiring managers to contact me. I never received any call from this company and one week later about Saturday midnight I received an Email explaining in two lines that after "careful" consideration of my application they have decided no to follow up with me. and that was it! After 2 weeks I saw same Ad I applied for it again and another rejection Email came in to my inbox. and now I see it again!! Honestly I'm not sure what are they looking for now. I don't think finding a qualified Jr developer would be that difficult these days!!
