The first interview was a 30 minute screening with the technical recruiter. This was followed by 2 interviews with hiring manager of an hour, which subsequently resulted in an offer.

Met with the recruiter first, interviewed with the direct manager twice and once with a current member of the team. Interviews were causal Q&A scenarios for the most part after reviewing job history.
