I was interviewed by Abby Haynie, Director of Marketing, and Giselle Boling, Promotions Director, in Austin, TX in March 2019. I felt as if the interview was fairly an easy one compared to other roles I have interviewed for in the past. I was asked behavioral and technical questions, which I answered with ease and confidence. As I am aware that I may have not been a fit for x reason or there was a better-suited candidate that got the role instead of me, I would have appreciated an update of my candidacy. I even reached out via email not once but twice, and was still ignored by these two "professionals". I am grateful to where I am now, so this review is not written out of bitterness-- but instead to share my negative experience of how Abby and Giselle conducted the recruitment process I experienced. I hope they can take this situation they very poorly handled, and respectfully inform candidates of their candidacy.
