I applied online. I interviewed at iHeartMedia (New York, NY) in Sept 2017
Interview
Took about 2 weeks met with about six people at four different times nothing but positive feedback from the team.. What got to me was that at the last minute "they decided to go a different route" because of someone that was referred .. "you were great, it's not anything you did" ... Their interview process makes you think you got it.. And then ripped away that's a messed up way to mess with people's emotions.
my interview actually went great. It was straight forward average interview, 2 rounds. I was offered the position, then the recruiter kept pushing the start date back. After 4 weeks, ghosted me.
Asking for your age before being a considered applicant is illegal. Towards the end of the process you are given an “assessment” where make you input your age before submitting your application.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iHeartMedia (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process was via phone call and the recruiter seemed uninterested and scattered. The company expectations were clear but they never sent a follow up whether I received the job or not.
