I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at iD Commerce (Wood Dale, IL) in Mar 2014
Interview
There were a total of 4 interviews. Completely unnecessary, don't let them fool you through the interviews like they did to a lot of us. When listening to the questions and doing an unnecessary "exam" they make it seem like a very professional atmosphere, however it's all a facade. They forgot to call me to give me an offer. I had to call 3 times before they gave me an actual offer letter. I was fresh out of college and really though this company would be for me, but they fooled me. They're really good at doing that. Anyone reading this, my recommendation to you is to not work here unless you are truly desperate. Please I beg you to reconsider.

Interview
Hard, far, good....I probably interviewed 7 hours for my job. They were respectful and fair. I never knew i was getting the job until the offer came. It made you feel wanted. Made you feel that only high caliber people work at IDC.
