iCall Services Customer Service Representative interview questions

You fill out an application, you complete a fairly easy customer service & writing test, a typing test then you sit with the recruiter who asks you questions about your work history, customer service experiences, availability and other things.

Hired on the spot they do not background check you. I went in, took a typing test, spoke to the director for 5 minutes before she offered me the job. I got to pick my schedule based on what was available.
