Phone screen with HR followed by phone screen with hiring manager. Then three in person interviews. They love the gang-up style of interview. They think it's something that other companies do, so they feel they should do it as well. It really just covers up the fact that most of the people in the room add no value to the interview. It's just an intimidation tactic. Focus on the one or two people speaking and you can ignore the others. They're just filler.
