I applied to this company around November 2013. After about a month, got an e-mail from one of their recruiters for an online Codility challenge. The questions are the same ones which are already posted here in glassdoor. I completed the online test and submitted it. I did not hear from them for almost a month, then in the last week of December I again got an e-mail asking me to complete the same online test!! By now, I have heard from my friends how unprofessional their recruiting staff can be so I ignored the e-mail. After about a week, I got an e-mail, this time from one of their recruiters asking me for a suitable date for a phone interview with her. I reluctantly responded to the e-mail, still skeptical about the whole thing. We scheduled a date for the phone screen and sure enough, no one called me at the appointed time. I did not even bother to follow up with her. Enough said.
