Competency questions from the person currently filling the role for which I was a candidate
Facility tour from VP of Operations
Culture fit questions from VP of Operations
It was a very engaging and positive interview.

Asked about your own experience in mechanical electrical and plumbing. They seem to have a good business in family work relations. This location is in hairsburg pa, but you will be working in many locations.
