I had 3 interviews: the first one was with HR, then with a team leader, and the last one was with a manager. Each of them lasted 30 minutes. It seemed to me that they hadn't read my CV beforehand or were trying to catch me out because all of them asked me to describe my previous experience, basically repeating everything written in my CV. Poor coordination. They make you go through 3 interviews, then fill out a document with more questions about possible job situations, trying to avoid focusing on the salary because it’s the lowest in the company. They promised to get back to me with a decision, but a few weeks have already passed and they ghosted me. This wouldn’t be a problem if they had rejected me outright, but after going through 3 interviews and a test, it seems like a complete lack of respect to me.

Estuvo muy dinamico y rápido. Tuve un par de entrevista. Estoy satisfecho con el proceso. Conocí a varios empleados de la empresa y eso me ayudó a ver como era el ambiente laboral.
