Good at first then gets weird with hiring manager testing the candidates to see how fast they can get a phone meeting with his team members, who purposely delay getting back to you then he says he will call u and doesn’t call and sees how long you take to call him. I’ve been in the security field as a successful over achiever for 30 years, and never had an interviewer play such games.. time waster Rudy!
