Interview
The process was comprised of two phone interviews and one in person; the recruiter at ecobee and the hiring manager. Very professional and targeted to the job they are hiring for; the interviewers are knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure to research the company and industry thoroughly before each interview.

They ask about your history, some behavioural questions, what were the size of your largest deals won, why you would like to work at ecobee, if you are ok with going into the office and travelling.
