They ask personal questions so called owner take the interview for each and every person in the organization. They need to know your family background rather than your skills. There is no visibility of a interview Process.
There was not much clarity given during the interview. They were a bit arrogant and did not give an update after the interview. I had to follow up with the HR and only then they had checked in and mentioned that there was no particular reason mentioned for not selecting.

Things which were not related to my experience. I had very clearly mentioned what my past experiences have been and they had asked if given an option to work things which were related to your old experience, would u be fine with it.

I started the job within a month of my interview and everything was smooth.
