The process was very fast, which is something good when you're applying for a job and dealing with the anxiety and other emotions that come with that. The screening process includes answering questions with time limits, recording videos, also with time limits. The interviews with the recruiters were scheduled for the following day, and both interviews held on the same morning.

Interview
I first talked to a very nice person. They asked me personal questions about my experiences and my expectations about the role. After that, in a different day I had the real interview with another person and I had to simulate a phone call trying to sell a product.
