Interview
During the pandemic; went through 15-20 minutes per interview, 1x1 with 3 different managers. I worked closely with those 3 during my time there, which means: be friendly and yourself. Keep things natural and try to find common ground; they really just wanted to get to know me and see if I could do the job

I think we talked about the job description, basic behavior questions like tell me about a time when. I would recommend you prepare a few examples of working on a team, working independent vs as a team, and problem-solving under pressure.
