Applied online (2x), got an email, got a call and then an in person interview. The person that interviewed me was my supervisor. Later that supervisor became a coordinator herself.
It was over the phone, the whole thing lasted no more than 5-10 minutes, they mainly wanted to know of experience working remote and experience in healthcare or pediatric care, experience with care coordination,
