The first round was a general phone screen with the recruiter. The second was with a team member I’d potentially be working with. At the end of the second interview, I was told they wanted me to meet with another group of people and that they’d be reaching out shortly with details. After nearly two weeks of silence, I followed up with both the recruiter and the team member—only to receive an email saying they had decided to move forward with other candidates. Not a great look to promise an interview and then go back on your word
