Interview
I received an email from the CEO and scheduled an interview time with him. On the day of the interview, we spoke a wide variety of things, from business planning and goals to future career potential for me, as well as company goals. In the end, I thought the CEO was a great person and looked forward to his response by email a few days later. The only reason why I declined was because the offer was a pay cut from what I was making at my previous job.

Interview
Simple basic questions. They're looking for people who are positive. If the male VP interviews you, he's looking for positive attitude and good looks. Afterwords they'll bring in someone else to meet you and you'll get an offer via email. If you accept they'll schedule a time for you to come in.

They'll schedule an interview via email. All they want to hear is you being positive and you'll get the job. The pay is minuscule though, way below the market average.
