had 4 techinical round, after all round they said the round is clear, then had HR round they said fine and another HR will call u for documentation .....after few follow up they are saying that due to in capability of technical knowledge we are not proceeding ur candidature ...........stupidest process I have seen

No Job only time pass (Interviewer is not a right decision and judgment) Every one please don't wast your time because here already set the job employee friends and relation. So if you have extra money and Time then go on. But please check question an answer job is total 5 Minutes No sqlserver question ,no asp.net question and no jquery,JavaScript , no any ask question for me only Question ask . then how to judgment . i'm give my feedback then interviewer is telling me i'am provide your feedback hr then will be provide your feedback not good . how can judge ??? only three Question in c# ans is all correct my side why is not selected because interviewer is insecure in job itself .
