It was a normal process
They called first, then the interview was set, with full details which is excellent
There was more than 3 people in the room
No pressure during the interview
Great sense of humor

Lack of in depth questions
No defined roles
Great interview atmosphere.
Outcomes
The interview went great till now I have no idea why they did not get the job.
I asked for the reason they did not reply back.
Every interviewer should give a more detailed feedback if asked, this help people to work on themselves

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at du (Dubai) in Sept 2015
Interview
Interview process was normal. three phases of the interview. in the first phase, there is an English that's done before meeting the recruiters for a one on one interview. if successful, you will be scheduled for a proper interview.
3 rounds of interview . First was the HR round , then reporting manager and finally with head of department and then got selected. The process took 2 months to complete. Onboarding was very smooth.
