Pleasant start for the phone screening with TA. They then coordinated an interview with hiring managers. Everything went well and I was told to wait for 2 weeks. TA team then went radio silence despite me following up a couple of times via email. It is disappointing on the low accountability they have towards someone who has put in effort to prepare and attend an interview.
