First you submit a Resume, then they conduct One-way interview and give you a couple weeks to do it, then virtual interview with hiring managers if your one-way interview is successful.

Just a conversation about what this internship covers. Also asked why I chose this internship and what are the skills I have. Also asked if I have additional skills like being good at design. Overall very friendly vibes and it was not a very stressful interview.
