The recruiting process took place in three steps:
- Send an application for the job position
- Pass an interview on Skype with the department manager
- Pass an interview and olfactory tests in the company's offices
I found this recruiting process well-structured and the company's employees kind, humane and professional.

Question 1
Which kind of chemical analytical devices do you used during your different professional experience?

Interview
The process has been very efficient. I was contacted 1 day after sending my application and we fixed a 1st skype interview with the head of the department.
2 weeks later, we met in Baierbrunn for a 2nd interview where I was interviewed by the Analytical Department Manager, the HR Manager, and the whole team. I took a test and we had a coffee all together. The company will get back to me as soon as they have finished the process.
