Interview
Started with a short 20 min call with a recruiter, followed by a presentation task (analysed a research paper and made a client presentation) and finally a teams call with two directors - very friendly. It was about an hour long and was focused on motivations but also industry knowledge/ what the job entails.
Relatively smooth. HR was good at guiding me through the process. The interviewers at times felt distracted or that they weren’t well prepared for the interview itself. Questions were typical of the role.
