Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We genuinely regret that your impression of our process was a negative one and would like to clarify a few points from our side.
Throughout the entire recruitment process, we strived to maintain transparency and kept you regularly informed via email and phone calls. Contrary to your description, you were not left waiting for several weeks without communication. In fact, we informed you early on that we would reach out again within a week – and we did so as promised.
It’s worth noting that you seemed to have had a positive impression of the interviews themselves, as you expressed strong interest in joining our team. We therefore find it difficult to understand the extremely negative overall evaluation.
To clarify another important point: at no time was a formal job offer extended. We were in a preparatory phase where we discussed basic terms in case we moved forward. This is a standard step and does not constitute a formal commitment on either side.
We sincerely regret that the process took an unfortunate turn toward the end. We already expressed our apologies to you over the phone. It is normally our policy to resolve such situations in advance. However, in this case, an internal change occurred at very short notice, which altered the outcome.
