Interview
After answering some initial questions of the recruiter, I had 3 interviews conducted by employees of commercetools:
1) a call with the Head of Product. Mostly we were discussing my previous experience and hypothetical situations, in which a PM can find themselves.
2) a call with the CPO of the company. A concept of the role of PM was discussed, PM vs PO, and the general strategy of the company.
3) a call with the senior developer from the team that is looking for a PM. There, we discussed some technicalities of the product and tried to understand whether we'll feel comfortable working together.

What's the difference between a Product Manager and a Product Owner?
4 rounds of interviews. One with the recruiter, one with the head of product and other PMs, one with the Dev team, and one with the CPO. Process went smoothly overall despite having to do everything remotely. At each stage questions around product development, management, personality, work approach, and knowledge of the company/product were asked.

Interview
Online interviews, very well organized and focused. All stakeholders were present and each shared insights freely in an honest and forthright manor. More importantly everyone is looking for positives and ways a candidate can help. Excellent questions, expedient efficient process, open transparent discussions, and positive energy. Clearly the company's positive culture radiates through in the interview process.
