Poor description of the job when advertising the vacancy.
before any interviews, they asked me to take part in "reasoning test" with 33 questions in 20 mins - which the act of asking the applicants to participate in such a meaningless test is weird itself. If you don't succeed to answer more than 75% of the questions correct, they will not invite you for the Skype interview which is very much unprofessional way of selecting applicants.
The stages to get the job are quite straight forward and fast responding. You take a test, and if you pass it, you get a technical test. If this goes well you get an interview. With this the job offer.
