Interview
Interview process was fairly simple, telephone interview but may be different now as was in covid times. Was then invited in to be shown around and meet everyone and then was offered a job.

Question 1
asked situational questions such as "if there was a wet floor sign left out and your colleague forgot to take it away but there was a massive queue, what would you do"
Phone interview roughly 10 minutes. Then in person for about 20-30 minutes. Fairly standard and straight forward, just definitely do research on company values beforehand and use your common sense to answer the questions on safety and dealing with customers etc

It was not difficult. They asked several simple questions about my background and experience, and then the usual interview questions such as those pertaining to how I would act in different situations.

Interview
Was a 15-20 minute 1-1 interview in the office of the petrol station, with the branch manager. Interview was friendly and focused on asking previous experience and the importance of bp's core values/safety.
