I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at bp (London, England)

      Interview

I applied on the company's website. Once my application was screened, I completed on-line psychometric tests before being invited to technical and HR interviews. Following this I attended an assessment centre with other candidates. This involved an intense day of activities relating to the oil & gas industry and a series of scenarios that tested interpersonal skills and logic etc.

      Question 1

The technical part of the interview focussed on a couple of examples. I had to describe the basics of distillation design and some of the parameters would affect this. Another scenario included describing the concept of furnaces and fired heaters.
