Talk through an unseen problem, conversational manner, think out loud, show logical reasoning and mention assumptions made. Friendly interviewers, will ask questions until limit of your knowledge reached, so don't be disheartened if you don't answer everything.

5 competency-based questions. Why bp? Why this role? Describe a time when your ethics are challenged and how you deal with conflicts. Each question lasted for 3 mins, and you'll have 1 minute for preparation,
Video Interview, 5 questions, why BP, why this role, and 3 describe a time you had to work with a team / had a conflict of interest. 3 minutes per question, one try, and 2 minutes to prepare. First applied through the website and had to pass an online SJT & Aptitude test.

Describe a time you had to lead a team and there was a conflict of interest.
Very kind and friendly interviewers, relevant questions but lack of time in terms of answering the questions, Talking about engineering in other branches the condition could be different. Overall, one of the best interview experiences.
