Interview
BP visited our college and then I decided to apply for it. They had a very good job profile and traditionally have paid good salaries. The first round interview was behavioral and lasted for 45 mins. The second round interview was after two weeks which was onsite in Naperville. This was a combination of behavioral and a case interview. The whole process lasted for about 5 hours. Then they got back to us in a weeks time.
