I’ve applied on Linkedin, they saw my porfolio and than invited me to an RH interview, which was pretty basic. One week later I was invited to the design lead interview which I felt very confotavle because it seemed to be just a talk, he talked ne about how they worked there and I tokd hin about my experience. Just two days later they made me a job offer, which I tried to negotiate, but they refused and cancelled the offer.
