It was a very friendly chat over zoom with a few basic questions and a brief explanation of the job role and what it entails. How the department works and how the training works etc

I applied for another role originally, then got a phone call stating that role was now full and got offered an interview for the Responsible Gambling role. A week later I had the interview, which went fine, and they said they’d get back in touch a few days later. I got a phone call a week later, offering me an interview for the role, and they’d completely forgotten that I’d already interviewed, including the man who’d interviewed me. They then said I’d hear back by the end of the day and I didn’t hear anything for two weeks - when I asked for feedback, they said it was company policy that it wasn’t given. Felt incredibly unprofessional the entire time.
