Firstly there is an interview on the phone with basic questions for a customer service position. After that there is an interview in the office where they ask typical questions and what do you expect working there. Quite easy and friendly.

Easy to find. Friendly staff and generally a pleasant interview. Starting off with a few questions about you followed by customer service related questions. This was the bulk of the interview followed by general information about the job.
