Initial interview was actually good. I thought the person conducted an interview that was creative and insightful. I got the next steps information where I was told "we don't ghost people". That is one of my mantras so I appreciated it and thought it spoke well of their culture. And then I was ghosted!!! So saying one thing and doing another is REALLY their culture.
