Started with a telephone interview with the HR director. Typical questions, asking if I knew how to do some basic SIS tasks, knew some key words, etc. then they vetted my qualification by exploring my LinkedIn before setting up stage 2 of interview process. Stage 2 consists of a 2-4 hr telephone interview with the senior SIS engineer. Suggestion is to STUDY your SIS qualification manuals. It's basically an oral SIS exam. Don't go in cold or you will be crushed. Interviewer teaches SIS so take that in mind. Third stage is an in person panel interview with the leads of the position being considered for
