Very friendly environment. Straight to questions after 30 seconds smalltalk. describe yourself. important to show personallity. basic questions about adidas. some product managment questions (no expertise was expected). Just to make some simple suggestions adidas could apply. how do you work in a team. make sure with different positions your interviewers have, and explain how they both could benefit from you.
