I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at acceldata in May 2025
Interview
The interview process was smooth, transparent, and thoughtfully structured. I went through four rounds: an initial hiring manager discussion, two rounds focused on DSA problems, followed by a system design interview, and finally an HR round for behavioral assessment. Each round felt purposeful, with interviewers who were respectful, engaging, and asked questions relevant to the role. I really appreciated the timely updates and clarity throughout the process—it helped me stay confident and prepared. The final HR round gave me a great sense of the company culture. Overall, it was a positive and encouraging experience that made me excited to join.

System design question was quite interesting and I was tested on my understanding of the product and how I would test scenarios around the same with tweaks.

Interview
Interviews were more or less discussion and situation based.
There were a couple of interviewers who behaved a bit rudely. Looks like the work life balance here is not good. One of the interviewers told me that there is not going to be a single day when you are idle and I don't want you to come to me and say that there is a lot of work later on. Every interviewer kind of said that work life balance is not good.
