Had one phone interview, one Skype interview then and in-person interview which included about 4 interviews with management and a plant tour. The interviews were average- nothing really stood out as being difficult or unexpected. I was not prepared for the plant tour- certainly not for those with weak stomachs! There were areas that smelled because dumpsters of the "product" were nearby and also saw a lot of the meat which was unpleasant... not because of the quality of Zwan just personally would rather not see where my food comes from I guess!
At the conclusion of the plant tour, they made me an offer, had the benefits and offer letter ready to go. Benefits seemed pretty good- there is a pre-employment drug screen/background check also. Their offer was higher than others I received but ultimately declined because of the commute.
