So the recruiter called me based on my LinkedIn profile. I currently work for Zuora's competitor. The recruiter was very good. He explained the role, understood what I do and gave me couple of weeks to think it over. After I decided to go ahead with the interview and expressed my genuine interest, a BSA from New York called me. The interviewer was terrible. He was in a noisy place, his calls dropped couple of times, he had not studied my resume and did not know about his competitor. He explained the nature of job, understood what I did and indicated that he will give an excellent feedback. As I expected based on interviewer's lack of interest.. I never got the call.
