Early stage interviews phone/f2f were interesting. They sold the opportunity in every sense, being careful to qualify cultural fit as well. Surprisingly, Only 1 Manager at 2nd (face to face) interview asked any detailed questions around core skills. The final interview with a senior manager in the US was quite surprising in terms of lack of valid or relevant interview questions, especially considering the function they run globally. Poor follow up afterwards - it took them 9 days to communicate feedback after the final interview, which was fuzzy at best & non-specific. Probably would not have heard from them again if it were not for persistence.
