I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo in Nov 2021
Interview
Thorough but straight-forward. Four rounds with the recruiter, hiring/sales manager, director of sales then VP of sales. During the process typical questions were asked but what the hiring team was really looking for was your drive. Previous experience was important but the culture fit and work-ethic seemed to be valued just as much if not MORE... that's rare. The team was transparent, honest and I value that. The interviewing process can be so stressful and overcomplicated but this one wasn't. I felt respected during the process. My recruiter, Nicole, was phenomenal. Answering every question I had via phone call, email, or text. She really went above and beyond. I genuinely felt valued and am excited to be part of the team. The offer was a bit low but with some negotiations I was able to accept at a pretty competitive salary. Overall, good experience and huge shout out to Nicole!

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Columbus, OH) in Jan 2023
Interview
I worked with Heather Campbell throughout my interview process and she made the process as quick and simple as possible. I had a total of 4 formal interviews and one additional call, Heather helped coordinate and schedule all of those calls within a two-week time frame and was a pleasure to work with.

The interview was a dynamic conversation, you are interviewing with sales leaders that have produced at a high level, I'm sure they have go-to questions, but they think on their feet and test your ability to pivot on tough questions.
