Fast and easy to understand. The hiring manager was a real nice person. He explained everything related to the job. He walked us through the building showing every aspect from the first step to the last.

Interview
It was very quick to get a response but the hiring process took a long time. First you get a phone interview and then an in person interview followed by a shadow. If you're interested you will probabaly get an offer. Typical questions on how you manage work. The shadow was not a good interpretation of the job. They should have asked me to watch a slower clinic.
