Multiple online interviews, first with HR then with Concierge team heads. General experience questions with Microsoft services and IT as a whole. At the end offered a much lower paying position.

Interview
Overall the interview process was pretty smooth. First you are given a phone interview then you will be prompted to go into the office for an actual interview. The staff is pretty nice and are not intimidating.
