Hiring is completely based on your knowledge in technical and communication skills, Prepare completely about networking. Be clear with IP, DHCP, TCP, UDP. Classes of IP with functioning in every layer. You need to write about the topics, no choosing questions. Make sure you don't mugup. It's for 1st round.
2nd round: face to face with process manager.
More questions about networking and your previous experience. Please make sure you have prepared your resume genuinely. Don't add unwanted stuffs in it. I've added only networking. If you added unknown stuffs, the questions will surely from it..
3rd round: senior manager.
The same as above.. they just need your skills and understanding capability.. they will check and expect quick learning capability.. your answers and response should meet their expectations.
If you got shortlisted you will get a call within 1 week, I got a call from HR within 2 days..
Final HR discussion.
Hr won't even laugh at you.. they will check your patience.. surely the questions will irritate you.. don't show it.. just be patient and answer the questions.. even HR will ask you about network and technical questions.. be prepared for that.
If you meet their expectations you will get a call within 10- 15 days..

Their response..
We do not require any degree certificate or course completion certificate , and we dont ask you the same. You will be asked to provide experience certificate or relieving letter from your previous company provided you have any previous experience..
