Zocalo Community Development interview questions

The interview process consisted of two rounds: the first round with the Sales Head and the final round with the CEO. The overall difficulty level was moderate. The questions were mostly focused on evaluating communication skills, sales understanding, and real-life sales scenarios. Overall, it felt like a standard sales interview process for a good and growing company.
