It was a very tedious process, starting off with normal HR interview, but then without anything else, they give you a take-home challenge which takes 3-4 hours. Then they do a 30 min interview with the manager, then you do 45 min presentation of your take home challenge in front of a panel which then asks you questions on why and how, then another 30 min call with the manager. I thought that was the end, I had already reached the final round, then they scheduled a second round with a specific team member who onky focused on whether or not I am comfortable with the travelling nature of role, I said I was, and then got rejection email after a couple days. After taking 7ish hours of my time, unpaid, they rejected without providing any reason. It’s not the rejection that’s the problem, it’s the audacity of asking so much of someone’s time for an internship. Disgusting.
